把白面皮杆薄,利用挤花嘴压出16个圆形。

拿大约50g 面团做成32粒小球, 做耳朵。

方型烤盒一盤約做16個

材料:
高筋麵粉300g,無糖可可粉1 tbs, 速發乾酵母4-5g,
細砂糖50g,鹽1/4茶匙,牛奶80ml,無鹽奶油30g,
香蕉泥 1条大,
表面裝飾

菠蘿餅乾麵皮 : 10g奶油,20g低粉,5g糖粉,牛奶3-5g
**所有材料直接混合成糰,太乾就加一點水或牛奶調整
完成先放冰箱冷藏備用。

做法:

用kenwood BM260, program 8 做出基本面团。
