230g butter + 200 sugar – beat to light nad fluffy. Add in lightly beaten egg (4 eggs).
230g all purpose flour + 1 full tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda – shifted
About 250g mixed dried fruits ( i use dates, raisin & carrisa carandas)- soak in 2-3 tlb rasberry rum/ whisky for few hours.
Pour into 7″ round oil and line baking tin. Bake in pre-heat oven 150 – 160 degree for 60-80 min.
