台湾鲁肉饭

材料

500g 半肥瘦绞猪肉 minced pork

大量小葱和大蒜茸 10 pcs minced small onion & garlic, 1汤匙姜茸 1 tbl ginger root

1块腐乳 1 pc fermented toufu, 2大汤匙绍兴酒 2 tbl chinese cooking wine, 食油 cooking oil 和水适量 water

调味料 seasoning : 蚝油 oyster sauce, 酱油 soy sauce, 糖 sugar, 黑酱油 black soy sauce, 胡椒粉 qhire paper powder和五香粉 Allspice适量

煮熟鸡蛋几粒 4-5 hard boiled eggs。

做法 method:

烧热油, 爆香葱, 蒜和姜茸。 加入绞肉, 腐乳和绍兴酒, 用大火炒香。 加入所有调味料, 最后加水。煮沸后, 加入鸡蛋, 改用小火焖煮大约45分钟。

配上白饭和青菜。

Heat oil, stir fried onion, garlic and ginger until fragrance and a bit brown. Add pork and all ingredients. Stir till cooked and add water. Let it to boil, add the hard boiled egg and cook under low heat for 45 min.

eat with green vege and steam rice.
