南瓜糕 Steam Savuory Pumpkin Cake

南瓜糕材料;
 1
小葱头10粒(切细)
     蒜头5粒(切细)
     虾米4大匙

猪肉碎100g ( i use 2 Chinese Lap Cheong)
冬菇10朵(这里我有多加)

去皮南瓜600,切丁

4调味料;
 盐适量
胡椒粉1/2茶匙
 水400g
  
5米浆;
粘米粉300g
薯粉75g (i use wheat starch) 
水500g

 装饰;
红辣椒丝
葱粒
油葱酥

做法;
把材料1爆香,加2炒香,(如喜欢可以把一部份的冬菇肉碎盛起,
等下要蒸时,把它铺在面上)加3和4煮开,
再加入5的米浆,边倒边搅至凝固。
倒入涂了油的蒸盘里,以大火蒸45分钟或至熟。

蒸好后,铺上装饰,待冷,切片。
