酸辣烧猪脚焖白萝卜

材料

烧前猪脚 1个

猪尾1条

200-300g 猪腿肉

白罗卜1 大条

辣椒干8-10 条

阿叁片6-7 片

蒜米粒 2-3粒

油,糖,酱油,黑酱油,料酒,鱼露,盐胡椒粒

做法:

烧热油,爆香蒜米和辣椒干, 倒入所有猪肉爆炒一下。加入阿叁片和所有调味料。加水盖过肉类,焖煮大约1/2小时。加入白罗卜,再焖煮大约2小时至猪肉软化为止。
