A simple grill fish with Cape Gooseberries

1 slice fish

10-13 pcs Cape Gooseberries (skin off, only berries needed), cut 1/2

bay leaf – 3-4 pcs

1 tbl Butter

paper & salt to taste

Sprinkle paper & salt on fish, put gooseberries & bay leaf on top. Grill in preheat 200-220 degree C oven for 10-15 min. Melt butter on top & grill another 5 min.
