姜芽鸭

材料:

鸭-半只,砍件洗净

嫩姜-一大块,切片

蒜米 – 6-8瓣, 切片

红南乳 – 1 块

豆酱蓉- 1 汤匙

糖- 1 汤匙

八角和丁香各 2颗

水,油适量

做法:

烧热油,爆香姜和蒜米,加南乳和豆酱炒香,加入鸭肉拌炒。加糖,水,八角和丁香。焖煮至鸭肉软,大约45分钟。
