1/2 pack Spaghetti – cook according to instruction
1/2 red capsicum, green bean, 1/2 carrot, shrimps all cubes.
5-6 cloves , chop
small chilies- optional
5-6 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Heat oil, brown garlic & add all ingredient, stir fried till fragrance, add pepper & salt. Add Spaghetti & stir weeel. serve hot. ENJOY!!
Note : Aglio Olio is a very flexible recipe, you can add any ingredients you like, i tried with chicken breast meat (marinate with some salt, paper, sugar & soya source) & Germany sausage.
