Pastry 年糕,中西式吃法!

马来西亚的年糕是甜的。传统吃法已有好几种,比如夹番薯或芋头占面糊来炸,蒸了之后沾新鲜椰丝或只是沾蛋浆煎一煎也可以。

不过现在的妈妈都很创意!有包番薯/金瓜你家点糯米粉后炸成圆,也有着到Pastry 年糕,中西式吃法!

方法很简单,买现成的Kawan Pastry, 折成一半,包入一片年糕,搽一些蛋溢,在预热170-180 度的oven 烤12-15 分钟即可。
