炸金瓜年糕圆

这个很简单的食谱。

金瓜泥 (大约200g)+ 200-250g 糯米粉 (看你金瓜泥湿度而定) + 1 tbl 署粉 + 一点糖, 搓成团。 包一小块年糕, 可用一些粘米粉馃手。用适量油炸成金黄即可。

贴心提醒 :炸时要小心, 炸得太久会爆浆;喷油! 我也被烫到了!!
