今年冬至正巧在星期天,星期六回家婆家和一群小瓜一起搓汤圆。买了两盒有馅料的包装汤圆,白色很大颗的,正好配合我们自己搓的色彩缤纷小小颗的汤圆!试试家婆的方法糯米粉加一汤勺的薯粉, 用热水烫。

用大约200-300个的糯米粉+一汤勺的薯粉,用热水烫,搅成团后再搓得幼滑即可。

颜色随自己喜好,我们用橙薯泥,兰花和斑兰汁,还有一点红色颜料做成4种颜色。

糖水:我们有两种口味, 1适量水+老姜+椰糖和斑兰叶。2。小瓜不喜欢姜味,只用适量水+白糖煮斑兰叶。
