Spaghetti Bolognese



Ingredient :

Spaghetti – 1/2 pack

Prego pasta source – 1/2 can

fresh tomato – 2, cubes

onion – 2, chop

garlic – 6 cloves, chop

bay leaves – 5

mint pock – 300g

tomato source – 3 tbp

olive oil

salt, sugar, black paper

sausage – optional

Method :

1. Heat oil, brown onion & garlic. add bay leaves & tomatoes. cook for a few min. add salt & sugar to taste.

2. add pork, tomato source & prego. add some water if needed. cook till the tomatoes very tender to melt. Add paper as preferred.

3. in a deep boil bowl, boil water & cook the spaghetti according to instruction.

4. mix with source & ENJOY!
