半素半荤的五香芋头肉卷

回到厨房!

材料:

A

半肥瘦猪腿肉碎 – 800g

芋头 – 400g (挫粗丝)

大葱 – 1 粒 (切茉)

蒜米 – 6 办 (切茉)

B

淡腐竹皮 1 张 – 剪成大约8‘x 6’

腌料:

盐,五香粉,胡椒粉和酱油适量

糖和麻油少许

做法:

A 料 加入所有腌料,拌匀,腌 30 分钟。拿适量肉馅包入腐竹皮里。大火蒸12-15 分钟。待凉后油炸至金黄即可。点辣椒酱吃更美味!
