芋头皮

A。 芋头- 500g, 切片,蒸熟压成泥

B。 澄面粉- 100g, baking soda, 盐,糖,五香粉各1茶匙加3/4 杯滚水,搅拌成面团。 渐渐家入芋泥,间中慢慢加入100g白油(shortening). 揉至滑。

馅料

半肥瘦猪肉500g, 香菇几朵,泡软,半条红萝卜,1粒洋葱,蒜米8粒,全部切细丁。

食油3tbsp, 爆香洋葱,蒜米和香菇,加入所有配料。加酱油2 tbsp, 盐,糖, 胡椒粉,黑酱油,料酒,耗油适量。

拿适量芋头皮,包入馅料。炸至金黄,趁热吃。
