芋香排骨 Yam Pork Rib

Ingredients

Pork Rib 1 stick (cut into small pcs)

Yam – 500g (cut into big cube)

fresh ginger – 5 thin slice

Garlic – 10 cloves

Salt & paper to taste

Marinate pork rib with 2 tbsp light soya source, 1 tbsp chinese cooking wine, 2 tsp sugar & 1 tsp paper for 1-2 hours.  Toast dry (leave the source), add some corn flour. Deep fried till golden brown.

Deep fried Yam till golden brown. Leave 2 tbsp hot oil, stir fry ginger & garlic till brown, add back pork rib & source. Add water till cover all ingredients. turn to low heat.  Add yam after 25 min.  Add Salt & paper to taste.

cook for another 25 min till pork rib soft. DONE!

Serve hot with steam rice. ENJOY!!
