Recipe modified from Nasilemaklover

500gm  fish Tengiri  fillets, cut into stripe

A) Blend into paste:-
5 pieces large red chillies
2 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
5 pcs candlenuts
1 small pc shrimp paste
4 cloves garlic sliced
5 shallots, finely sliced
1.5 “ fresh tumeric

B) Ingredients
100ml thick coconut milk
2 small eggs
½ tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
1/2tsp fish sauce

1 tumeric leaf finely slice

2 tsp corn starch

C) Banana leaf use to lay plate (optional)
5-6  kaffir lime leaves

Method
1. Blend ingredients (A) . Then mix spice paste(A) with ingredients (B) till a thick paste.

2. lay banana leaf in 2 steam plate (about 7″). 

3.  steamer and steam appx 15-20 mins or until fish is cooked. serve hot & ENJOY!!
