Simple Sweet & Sour Prawns



A. Big Prawns – 7-6, clean & dry with kitchen tower. put some thin layer of corn starch (about 1tbs)

B. Choped onion, garlic & fresh ginger – 1 Tbs each, 3-4 Chili padi (optional)

C. Tomato & Chili source – 2 tbs each, 2 tsp sugar & 1/2 tsp salt

D. Cooking oil – 3 tbsp

Method :

1. Pan fry the prawns with hot cooking oil till 90% cooked, about 5-8 min.  set the prawns aside & leave the oil.

2. stir fry all B till golden brown, add C & 3 tbs water.

3. Add back the prawns, fry for another 3 min.

DONE & ENJOY with steam rice.
