皮料 Skin: A)  细糖 Fine sugar~2 tbsp 热水 Hot water~200-250ml 糯米粉 Glutinous rice flour~100g, 粘米粉 rice flour – 20g, 几滴 Vanila 和 一滴红色素 few drop vanila extract & 1 drop rose pink food color

B) 食油 Oil~to greece bolw, some cornst阿rch to shape the Mochi, 少许薯粉用来馃Mochi时用。

Method 做法

1。mix flour, disolve sugar into hot water, add into mix flour, stir till no lumps. 把细糖溶在热水,加进粉类,搅至没有颗粒。

2。pour into the greese bolw, steam in high heat for 20-25 min. 倒进抹了油的碗,大火蒸20-25分钟。

3。add a few drop vanila, stir when hot until smooth, take 1/3 to add 1 drop of pink color & 2/3 remain white color.  set aside to cold. 加几滴vanila,乘热搅拌至幼滑。拿1/3 加一滴红色素,留2/3 白色。待冷。

4。put some cornstarch on working surface and hand. take about 15-16g white dough & 2-3g pink dough. put the pink dough at the center of white dough & put about 15-16g green pea filling. wrap it nicely. Done! 放一些薯粉在桌面和手上,拿大约15-16g 的白面团和2-3g的粉红面团。把粉红面团放在白面团中间, 再放绿豆馅料,包起来即可。

Note : put in the frigde will taste better. 放进冰箱更好吃!

 

甜绿豆馅 Sweet green bean filling: 绿豆片 Green bean~200g 细糖 fine sugar~150-180g 油 cooking oil – 3-4 tbsp

Pandan leaf – 3-4 馅料做法: 1.   把绿豆片用清水浸泡至少4小时或隔夜。wash, drain & soak green bean at least 4 hours or overnight.

2。绿豆片加少许水和Pandan 叶蒸熟,趁热与细糖一起压烂拌匀即可。Drain & leave some water, steam for 30-40 min till soft.

3. 离火,趁热压烂成泥状。然后加入其余馅料拌匀。如果想馅料更幼滑,可以用细网过滤。Puree when hot & add all ingredients.

4. 待凉搓成小圆球(约15-16g/pcs),放置备用。make into small ball (about 15-16g/pc)。
