Oriental Chicken Chop


Weekend is my cooking & gardening day. I enjoy cooking with my Zhi Yang in the kitchen. He is always my great helper!

Boneless whole Chicken leg / 1 per each person

Merinate with soya source, chinese cooking wine, oyster source, sugar, paper, sesame oil for 2-3 hours.

Mushroom source, use some oil to stir fry the mushroom, add the remaining marinated source. add some flour to thicken.

pan fry or grill. Side dish is stir fry beans & carot.
