Young Coconut Jelly

This probably is the best dessert during the hot seasons!

Ingredients:

1 pack of Coconut jelly powder
2 young coconut juice + water add up to 2500ml
young coconut flesh – cut to small stripe
1/2 cup Sugar
3-4 Pandan leaves

Boil the young coconut juice + water + pandan leaves, add sugar & jelly powder. stir until the jelly powder dissolved.

pour into your preferred mold, let to coll & keep in the fridge.

serve cold. ENJOY!!
