Colorful Meringue





Egg white – 5
fine sugar – 150g
cream of tatar – 1/4 tsp
vanilla extract – 1 tsp
food grade rose red color
green tea powder

beat egg white at low speed till form foam, add cream of tatar, continue to beat till soft peak.

add sugar 1 tbsp by 1 tbsp & beat at high speed till stiff peak.

divide into 3 portion, & stir in color. pipe any shape you prefer.

bake in preheat oven 100-110 degree C about 1 hour till dry & harden. keep in air tight container.
