11/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
120g fine sugar
3 large eggs
120ml fresh milk
100ml corn oil
1 tsp vanila extract
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1. shift all the dry ingredients.
2. beat eggs with sugar & add all wet ingredients.
3. scope into cup sheet.
4. bake in preheat oven 150-160 degree C for 25-30 min.
whippe 200ml whipping cream with 3 tbsp icing sugar & 1 stp vanila extract until stiff peak.
