Chili Crab 香辣蟹

Ingredient

螃蟹 Crab 1kg,处理干净切半 Clean & cut into half

打碎材料 Blend ingredient
大辣椒 Big Chili 3
姜 fresh ginger 4cm
蒜 Garlic 10

大葱 Onion 3 slice

酱料 saurce
辣椒酱 chili saurce 5 tbsp
番茄酱 tomato saurce 5 tbsp
糖 Sugar 2 tbsp
盐 salt 1 tbsp
酸甘汁 lime juice 1 tbsp
油 cooking oil 4 tbsp
水 water
蛋 egg 1 beat

做法 method

1. 热油,将打碎的材料炒至香,加糖和盐。
Heat oil, fry all blend ingredient till fragrant. add sugar & salt.

2. 加所有酱料,除了酸甘汁和蛋。加螃蟹,盖上5-10分钟,加水再盖,煮多10分钟。
add all saurce ingredients (accept lime juice & egg). add crab, cover cook for 5-10 min. cover cook another 10 min.

3. 加酸甘汁和蛋。煮1-2 分钟就可上碟。
