SO…. EASY….& SO…YUMMY…!!

Ingredient:

Butter 牛油 180g
fine sugar 细糖 180g
fresh milk 淡奶 200g
egg 蛋 2粒
self raising flour 自发粉 100g
cocoa powder 可可粉 50g
baking powder 发粉 1/2小匙 tsp
baking soda 苏打粉 1/2小匙 tsp

Method 做法:
1)糖,淡奶,牛油放入锅内,隔水煮至融化,离火待凉。
melt sugar, milk & butter on water bath, cool down.

2)1*稍凉后,分次加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
Add eggs into no 1.

3)面粉,可可粉,发粉和苏打粉过筛后放入另外一个大盆内,把(2)倒入,打到滑。
sift all dry ingredients. add into no 2 & mix till smooth.

4)烤盘涂上牛油(避免粘),倒入面糊。之后在地上敲几下震出空气,用锡纸封起来。
oil & line cake pan. Pour cake batter, covered with aluminium foil.

5)用中火蒸45分钟。用牙签插入如果没蛋糕粘着就是熟了。
Steam 45 min.

巧克力酱 Choc saurce:
condensed milk 炼奶 200g
corn oil 粟米油 2汤匙
cocoa powder 可可粉 20g
salt 盐少许
Method 做法:
1)可可粉,炼奶,油搅拌均匀,隔水煮至稍微浓稠。
mix all igredients & melt on water bath till thicken.
2)加入盐搅拌均匀。
add salt
3)待巧克力酱稍冷之后倒在蛋糕上既可。
pour choc saurce on cake.
