Stir fry pork baly with capsicum



pork baly 400g cut to small pcs
camsicum red & green – 1/2 each, cubes
garlic 5 colves mince
Teochiew fermented soya bean (Taochu) – 1 tbsp
cooking oil – 3 tbsp
tamarind juice 4 tbsp
soya source, fish source, sugar to taste


heat oil, fry garlic till fragrants & light brown, add Taochu, sugar & pork. stir fry for 5-10 min. add tarmarind juice & camsicum. cook for another few min. add all source to taste. DONE! SO..EASY, RIGHT? Serve hot with steam rice.
