Nyonya Curry Fish Head

Ingredient

Big Grouper Fish Head 1/2
Nyonya curry paste 4-5 tbls
Brinjal 1-2, cut small pcs
ladies finger – 5-6 cut into 1/2
tomatoes – 2-3, cut to 1/4
Curry leaves
lemon grass – 3 stalks
big anion – 1-2 cubes
cooking oil – 2 tbsp
lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
sugar & salt to taste
water 500ml

Method
Heat oil, stir fry onion add curry paste, curry leaves, lemon grass & all other vege, cover for 5 min. add water & cover another 5 min. add fish head cook for about 10-15 min till fish cooked. add lemon juice, sugar & salt to taste. serve hot with steam rice. ENJOY!
