Spicy Prawns -加南阿叁虾



Big Prawn – 500g
10 belimbing buluh
3 Kaffir lime leaves
50g tamarind paste (+ 300ml water)
3 slice Galangal
Sugar & salt to taste
5 tbsp cooking oil

finely Ground ingredient
8-10 dry chilies
10 small anion
2 lemon grass
5 candlenuts
1 tsp shrimp paste
3cm turmeric

Heat oil in wok, saute grounded paste till fragrant. add sugar, kaffir leaves & belimbing buluh. add prawns cover & cook for 5 min. add tamarind water cook for another 5 min. serve hot with steam rice.
