all purpose flour – 200g
butter – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
water to make dough
spring onion – 3-4 stalks, cut into small pcs
corn oil – for fry
mix all ingredients A to make dough, knee until smooth. rest 30 min.
take about 50g dough, put some corn oil on surface. press & roll to thin layer. sprincle some spring onion. roll into long tube. fold & press into thin layer. add some cooking oil on pan. fry till golden brown. you may add egg if you like.
