Roses Mantou 玫瑰馒头

HAPPY MOTHERS’ DAY!

Ingredients
all purpose flour 300g
sweet potato (any color) – 150g
instant yeast – 11 g (1 small pack)
sugar – 3 Tbls
sorterning – 2 tbsp
warm water – 50-80ml

Directions
mix all ingrediens, knee till smooth. let rest to rise about 40 min (increase 1.5 size). sub devided dough into about 100g, divide again the small dough into 6 pcs. make it into roses (refer to photo). rest for another 10-15 min. staem for about 10-12 min.
