1.低筋粉

2.净猪油/shortening

3.馅料:芋头泥/莲蓉

4.红曲粉
5。绿茶粉

1.低筋面粉放少许猪油,用清水合成稍软的面团
2.盖住饧发10分钟

3.拿出摔打,揉捏,整型,饧发20分钟。如此反复三次

4.上述动作,如此反复三次,直至面团光滑柔润。水油面就和好了。

5.另取一些低筋面粉,掺入适量红曲粉,混合均匀

6.用猪油和成油酥

7.准备馅料。家里做就准备豆沙馅或莲蓉或自己喜爱的馅料

8.将之前摔打、揉捏好的水油面团搓长条,下大小均匀的面剂

9.取一份面剂,包入适量油酥

10.收口合拢,整成圆形
